Takeoff & Landing Practice

    My birthday is in one week and, if I want to solo, I need to fly as much as possible. We decided to fly about an hour before the flight. I called the reservation company on the way to the airport just to make sure the plane was there. Lucky for me, Craig had the airplane preflighted by the time I got there. It was a race against time for the sunset would arrive soon. 

    Departed runway 24 and stayed in the pattern, some left traffic, some right. My landings are pretty good and Craig says they're solo quality. After eight landings and one go-around, we brought her back to the hangar. 

    I'm going to try to fly about two more times before my birthday to ensure I am capable of solo flight in the airplane.
